PERMA SOLUTIONS TO FIX TILES ON EXISTING OLD B.B COBA / I.P.S SURFACE We face this problem regularly, as per requirement of flat owner we have to owner their demand and then it is a problem that how to fix tiles on well finished BB coba as it may de-bond. Also to use ready made tile on tile chemical adhesive is very costly affair. The cost of tile adhesive it self is very costly, if the thickness of bedding mortar increases more than 5mm. To avoid this problem we suggest use of PERMA LIQUID TILE ADHESIVE (PERMA L.T.A.) is Latex based special bonding chemicals with hydrophilic agents to be used in normal cement mortar to develop high bonding property with old BB coba/ IPS floor. It is always better to use tile spacers of minimum 3mm width to allow expansion due to difference in temperature.
